Yet another Video game tie-in from Uwe Boll (Vampires this time)
Well Uwe Boll is nothing short of brilliant. He is consistency personified. The German director has alreay done Alone in The dark amongst his movie tie-in/horror career and this doesn't dissapoint either, being completely upto his usual standard.
Which is of course to say that the movie is absoloute and unmitaged tripe from start to finish! This film is so bad you should be able to sue for lack of entertainment. It is obvious, badly scripted (ridiculous speeches made to cast but obviously just a terrible narrative)I am a huge horror fan and love lots of vampire films (even the first Blade movie)
The cast seem and act bored, and badly throughout most of it. The action is there but nothing new not even once did I stop yawning. the only reason this is not condemned to 1 - 10 is that under 90 mins means at least it isn't wasting too much of your life.
The biggest achievement Uwe Boll can claim is how he gets the casts he does i.e Ben Kingsley , Christian Slater etc. Please Hollywood the world implores you never let this buffoon helm another film again.
