Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skulls
Indiana pitted against the Communist Russians for Crystal Skull and UFO alien
Hope is High as the Movie opens to the Indy Theme. Indy is packed away in the trunk of a car by the Russians to force him
into a top Secret US Area where many items are stashed including an Alien Body... I kept expecting to see Fox Mulder and
Scully appear. From here he becomes more entangled with the same Russian agents as he goes on a very bazaar adventure
after the Crystal Skull. I can't fault Harrison Ford who does the best he can with the material he is handed but the
script is a rehash of too many previous ideas. It should have been original and intriguing and a new adventure worthy of
Indiana. On a good note the teenage boy does a good job and is convincing in his role. Acting was good the script was
not. Of the 4 Indiana Movies this is definitely my least favorite. If you truly love Harrison as Indy and go just to see him
preform then it is probably worth the price of admission. Otherwise pop in a DVD of any of the other three Indy Movies
and you will be way ahead and save yourself the price of admission. I am disappointed tonight after viewing this movie.
