What Happens In Vegas
A young couple get stuck in "hard marriage" for 6 months after marrying each other drunk in Vegas shortly after meeting each other

Romantic comedies tend to always end the same...the couple gets together. Sometimes they hate each other at first, sometimes they love each other but then get in a horrible fight that splits them dramatically apart. But, they always get together. And that causes everyone to label the movie as PREDICTABLE. I would like to ask everyone that does that, how do you prepose they end the movie? It is a ROMANTIC comedy. The audience is expecting some smooching and that is exactly what they are going to get. I just don't understand how that stops the movie from being enjoyable. Only because you knew they were going to get together, it didn't mean it wasn't completely recycled leading up to that. Let's look at Made Of Honor. You knew Patrick Dempsey was going score the chick and have the movie with them rolling in a huge bed together, it just mattered with if it was enjoyable leading up to that. Made Of Honor wasn't. It borrowed from about every romantic comedy of all time, and made the WHOLE moiv eprediactable and nothing but cliched. People actually reading this are going to say is this a review for that new Ashton Kutcher movie where you get to see him get hammered or is a lecture on how to make a good film with kissing in it? So I might as well dig deep into What Happens In Vegas. Ashton Kutcher and Cameron Diaz go to vegas, get drunk, get married, get rich, and are forced to stay married for 6 months. The results of those deadly 6 months will determine what happens with the money. Now, like I said before, you know that they atre going to get together. But, this movie did it very well. it was very funny and very sincere. When the big bang ending came it didn't feel corced at all. I really likef the characters and they had very strong chemistry with each other.
